Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026
Quincena ("we", "our", or "the app") is a bill-reminder app for iPhone and iPad (Mac coming soon). We designed Quincena to keep your data on your devices and out of our hands. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
Bill data you enter (names, amounts, due dates, categories, notes) is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, the same data is stored in your private iCloud database, which only you can access. We never see it.
We do not collect: bank credentials, account numbers, transaction history, location, contacts, photos, or analytics that identify you. Quincena never asks you to log in to a bank or share financial credentials.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple shares only the anonymous receipt and entitlement status needed to unlock Premium features. We never see your payment method, billing address, or full Apple ID.
Notifications
Bill reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification system. They are never sent through our servers.
Third parties
Quincena does not include third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral trackers, or marketing analytics. The only third parties involved are Apple (App Store, iCloud, Push Notifications) and your email provider, if you choose to email us for support.
Your rights
Because your data lives on your devices and in your private iCloud, you can delete it at any time by removing bills inside the app, signing out of iCloud, or uninstalling Quincena. We have no copy to delete on our side.
Children
Quincena is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, when changes are material, mention them on the app's release notes.
