Welcome to Quincena. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
Quincena is a personal bill-reminder app. It helps you track upcoming bills around your pay cycle and sends local reminders. Quincena does not connect to your bank, move money, pay bills on your behalf, or provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for paying your bills on time.
Your account and data
Quincena does not require an account. Your bills are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your private iCloud. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure and for backing up data you don't want to lose.
Subscriptions
Quincena offers a free tier with limits and a Premium subscription billed monthly or yearly through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings · Apple ID · Subscriptions on your Apple device. Refunds are handled by Apple under their App Store policies.
Prices may change. If they do, we'll give you reasonable notice through the app or App Store before the change takes effect.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to break the security of the app. Don't use Quincena for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm Apple's services or other users.
No warranty
Quincena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to ship a reliable app, but reminders depend on iOS, iCloud, and your device settings — they can be delayed or missed. Always confirm payment due dates with your provider.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quincena and its developer are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed payments, late fees, or loss of data. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
